Costs:
Convention Workshops:
$90 for Adults 22 and Over (this includes the cost of camping on tent platforms the nights of August 3rd through August 8th, attendance at all workshops, and the use of recreation facilities at Peaceful Valley -- swimming pool, archery range, bike rental, etc.). $45 for Juniors under 22 (this includes the cost of camping on tent platforms the nights of August 3rd through August 8th, attendance at all workshops, and the use of recreation facilities at Peaceful Valley -- swimming pool, archery range, bike rental, horseback riding, etc.).
Training Clinics:
Zero to Orange in Three Days: $85 for adults 22 and over; $70 for juniors under 22 as of 12/31/2007. Zero to Orange, Train the Trainer: $85 for adults 22 and over; $70 for juniors under 22 as of 12/31/2007. Coaching Clinic: $85. Junior Training Camp (~13 and older): $70. A-Meets:
- $23 per event.
- $3 discount per event for USOF / COF / IOF members.
Recreational Courses (White, Yellow and Orange Only):
- $5 per entry if you pre-register online
- $10 per entry if you do not pre-register
- $3 per event day for E-punch card rental (required -- one per individual or one per team)
Demo Events:
- Trail-O: $8 suggested donation, to benefit the US Trail-O Team.
- Sprint Relay: $10 suggested donation, to benefit the US Team.
E-Punch Rental:
- $3 per event day (including Sprint Relay)
- $25 fee if not returned
T-Shirts:
- $10 Youth (size 10-12), 50/50 poly/cotton, short sleeves
- $15 Adult (size S-XXL), 50/50 poly/cotton, short sleeves
- $18 Adult (size S-XXL), wicking fabric, long sleeves

Camping at Peaceful Valley:
Camping at Peaceful Valley is free if you're signed up for the Convention. If you’re attending the "Zero to Orange in Three Days" course, the Junior Training Camp, the Coaching Clinic, or just the A-meets, the costs are as follows:
- $10 per night for adults 22 and over
- $5 per night for those age six to 21 of 12/31/2007
- free for kids under six
- $20 per night family maximum.
